💜 How to Track Your Order
Once your order ships from our facility, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Enter your tracking number into the tracking box on this page to check updates.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours while the carrier scans your package into their system.
This is normal and happens with all carriers during peak seasons and weekends.

💜 Why Tracking May Be Delayed
Because our boutique uses a vendor-to-brand fulfillment flow, the tracking number you receive is for the final shipment from us to you.

This means:
• Vendor-to-us tracking is internal and not viewable on your end
• Only the final package shows your tracking
• Carriers may delay scanning especially during holidays

If your tracking has no movement after 72 hours, email us and we will look into it.

💜 “Label Created” Status
If you see “Label Created,” it means your package is prepared and awaiting the carrier’s first scan.
This update may take some time depending on the carrier’s workload.

💜 Lost or Stalled Tracking
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package:
• Check your mailbox
• Check your front door
• Ask neighbors or building managers
• Check with USPS/UPS/FedEx directly

If the carrier confirms delivery, Purple Rose Collection cannot be held responsible, but we will do everything we can to assist you.
