Our goal is to provide a high-quality luxury shopping experience. Because of the nature of our dresses and vendor relationships, certain items cannot be returned. Please read carefully.

💜 Standard Returns (Non-Custom Items)
Eligible standard items may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return:
• Item must be unworn
• No makeup, deodorant, perfume, or stains
• Must be unwashed
• All tags must be attached
• Must be in original condition and packaging

Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

💜 Custom Orders – Final Sale
Custom or made-to-order pieces are FINAL SALE with no returns, refunds, or exchanges.
This policy is in place because:

  1. Custom pieces are tailored specifically for your order.
    They cannot be resold due to unique sizing or design changes.

  2. Vendors cut custom fabric and produce the item exclusively for you.
    These materials and labor cannot be reused.

  3. Custom dresses require high craftsmanship.
    Cutting, sewing, fitting, beading, and assembly are done uniquely for each order.

  4. Hygiene & safety standards prevent returns.
    Once a custom dress leaves the facility, it cannot be worn and returned.

  5. This policy follows industry standards.
    All luxury custom dressmakers have a no-return policy.

💜 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, email us within 48 hours of delivery:
• Photos of issue
• Order number
• Your name

We will resolve the issue immediately.

💜 Exchanges
Standard items can be exchanged if available.
Custom orders cannot be exchanged.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping exchanged items.

• Accessories
• Sale/clearance items
• Items with signs of wear
• Items with scent or stains
• Items missing tags

💜 Why We Enforce Strict Return Rules
Our dresses are often curve-hugging, fitted, or delicate. Trying them on can stretch the fabric, leave stains, or affect resale quality. Because we inspect each piece by hand, we must maintain strict hygiene and quality standards to protect all customers.
