At Purple Rose Collection, every order goes through a full quality process before it reaches your door. Because we are a boutique luxury brand that partners with trusted vendors, our shipping timeline includes vendor production, quality inspection, and premium repackaging before your order is mailed to you.

 

💜 Processing Time
Standard orders: 3 business days
This includes:
• Receiving the garment from our vendor
• Full quality inspection
• Steaming and preparation
• Luxury Purple Rose packaging
• Label creation

Custom orders:
7–10 business days for production
plus
3 business days for inspection & repackaging
Custom gowns require more time because the vendor produces the piece specifically for your order.

💜 Shipping Time After Processing
U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days
International Shipping: 7–14 business days
Times vary due to seasonal changes, weather, and carrier delays.

💜 Boutique Fulfillment Process
Your order goes through multiple high-quality steps:

  1. We communicate your order to our vendor

  2. Vendor prepares or produces the item

  3. Item ships to us for inspection

  4. We repackage the item in our signature Purple Rose packaging

  5. We ship the final package to you and provide your tracking number

This ensures that every item is checked by hand before it leaves our facility.

💜 Tracking Information
You will receive your tracking number once we ship the final package.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
This delay happens because carriers must scan the package into their system.
Tracking may also show “Label Created” during heavy volume periods.

If tracking has no movement for 72 hours, contact us and we will follow up with the carrier on your behalf.

💜 Incorrect Address Policy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
We cannot modify addresses once the package is shipped, nor take responsibility for delivered-but-missing packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

💜 International Orders
International customers are responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes in their country.
