💜 How long does processing take?
Standard processing: 3 business days.
Custom orders: 7–10 business days for production plus 3 business days for inspection & repackaging.
Processing includes vendor delivery, quality checks, steaming, and Purple Rose luxury packaging.
💜 How long does shipping take?
After processing:
• U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days
• International Shipping: 7–14 business days
Delays may occur due to holidays, weather, or carrier issues.
💜 Why does tracking sometimes take time to update?
Because of our boutique fulfillment process:

Tracking may show “Label Created” or update slowly for 24–48 hours.
If tracking hasn’t updated after 72 hours, email us and we’ll follow up.
💜 Do you accept returns?
Yes — for standard items only within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains, odors, and makeup, and have all original tags.
Customer pays return shipping.
💜 Why can’t custom orders be returned?
Custom orders are FINAL SALE because:
• They are made specifically for your size
• Special materials are cut just for your order
• High labor tailoring & details are done individually
• Hygiene standards prevent reselling
• Industry-wide custom gown policy
These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or resold.
💜 What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, your order number, and your name.
We will correct the issue right away.
💜 Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, on standard items only, depending on stock.
Customer pays return shipping.
Custom items cannot be exchanged.

Yes! We restock popular items weekly.

Most styles offer moderate to high stretch.

Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order enters processing.
Custom orders cannot be canceled once production begins.

Yes — we ship worldwide.
International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and customs fees.

We work with trusted, high-quality vendors specializing in luxury gowns, prom dresses, evening wear, and curve-friendly fashion.
Every item is personally inspected at Purple Rose Collection before shipping.
💜 Will my dress look like the photo?
Yes — your dress will match the design, style, cut, and color family.
Minor color variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings.
💜 Do you offer custom sizing?
Yes — custom sizing, lengths, and adjustments are available for select items.
Custom production takes 7–10 business days plus processing.
💜 How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking email.
Tracking updates within 24–48 hours.
Vendor-to-us shipping uses internal tracking; only the final shipment shows on your tracking link.
